Training Needs Analysis for 800 SMEs in Kosovo

The aim of this research was to identify the training needs of employees within SMEs. The overarching goal of the project was to assess the training requirements across 800 SMEs, including 600 micro businesses, 150 small businesses, and 50 medium-sized businesses. The findings aimed to provide valuable insights to help design targeted training programs that enhance workforce skills and support business growth.
