Socio-Economic Reintegration for Minority Communities and other Vulnerable Marginalized Groups

The project aimed to enhance the employability of returnees and minorities by aligning their skills with labor market demands. It involved conducting a needs assessment analysis to identify key areas for development. Soft skills training, employment mediation, and entrepreneurship support were provided to strengthen career opportunities. Additionally, training sessions were delivered to 400 beneficiaries, equipping them with the necessary skills for self-employment and business development.
