Training for Women Beneficiaries & Capacity Building for BMOs

The project aimed to increase and encourage the participation of women from rural areas in the labor market. It provided targeted training and individual consultancy to enhance their skills and employability. Additionally, support was extended to Business Membership Organizations (BMOs) to strengthen their role in facilitating economic opportunities. The initiative contributed to empowering women and fostering greater inclusion in the workforce.
