Training for Women Beneficiaries & Capacity Building for BMOs

The project aimed to increase and encourage the participation of women from rural areas and vulnerable groups in the labor market. It focused on enhancing their skills and employability through targeted capacity-building training. Additionally, support was provided to Business Membership Organizations (BMOs) to strengthen their role in facilitating economic opportunities. The initiative contributed to fostering greater inclusion and empowerment within the workforce.
