Development of Mid-Term Municipal Strategy and Action Plan for Agriculture 2016-2020

The project involved the development of a strategy and its publication, along with training municipal officials in key areas. The training covered the development and implementation of action plans, the creation of budgets and procurement plans, and the monitoring and evaluation of projects. The goal was to enhance the capacity of municipal officials in effective project planning and management, ensuring successful implementation and long-term sustainability.
