The objectives of this project were to deliver training on strategic planning, writing project proposals, and conducting workshops on organizations’ action plans for the year 2020. The project aimed to equip participants with the skills needed to develop effective strategies, prepare compelling project proposals, and create actionable plans for organizational growth and development. These efforts were designed to enhance the capacity of the organizations in planning and implementing successful projects.
