1. SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER (1 POSITION)

Job description and responsibilities:

  • »Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies;
    » Creates content ideation and implementation schedules;
    » Ensures consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various projects;
    » Collects customer data and analysis interactions and visits, and uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns;
    » Reports progress to the management;
    » Grows and expands organization social media presence into new social media platforms, and increases presence on existing platforms;
    » Researches and monitors activity of competitors;
    » Creates and distributes engaging written and/or graphic content in the form of e-newletters, web page content, and social media messages/posts.

Qualifications and needed skills:

  • » Degree in Communications or Marketing;
    » Two years of experience with Social Media Management;
    » Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills;
    » Attention to Details;
    » Self-Motivated;
    » Creative Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills
    » Proven experience in:

2. BUSINESS CONSULTANT (2 POSITIONS)

Job description and responsibilities:

  • » Directly engages in the project managing and coordination implemented by the organization;
    » Establishes good relationships with clients and partners (private businesses, donors, public institutions, and other organizations);
    » Analyses the client’s’ situation, researches the clients’ business, and develops Business Plans for the clients;
    » Offers individual high level guidelines for entrepreneurs, business owners, and business managers (clients);
    » Develops and provides training programs from different fields in line with clients’ needs, generates training program curricula, seminars, and conferences;
    » Develops specific and relevant expertise in the field of business development. Applies this knowledge through new training programs, and other consultative methods, research projects, and/or develops new business assistance programs;
    » Participates in conferences and seminars organized by different actors linked with the organization’s field of work;
    » Engages effectively in marketing and promotion of the organization to the targeted clients and partners.

Qualifications and needed skills:

  • » University degree in economics, business administration (or similar) Master level desired;
  • » Experience in the field of business consultancy, such as finance, accounting, marketing, business management, and project management or similar;
  • » Experience in the management, coordination and implementation of projects with focus on the economy and business field, respectively in the provision of consultancy services;
  • » Experience and skills in writing and compilation of project proposals;
  • » High skills of reporting and presenting;
  • » Knowledge and experience in developing business plans;
  • » Analytical communication skills;
  • » Innovative and creative in generating new opportunity activities for the enterprise;
  • » Cooperation skills in team working and team building;
  • » Knowledge of the English language is necessary, while knowing of the Serbian-Croatian language is desirable.

 3. PROJECT OFFICER (2 POSITIONS)

Job description and responsibilities:

  • » Participates directly in providing client customer consulting services;
  • » Coordination of activities during project implementation;
  • » Monitors the implementation of projects;
  • » Compiles periodic reports on progress and performance in project implementation;
  • » Research and analysis of data that serve as a basis for the needs of various business consulting products and/or other needs during the implementation of various projects;
  • » Drafting of administrative documents, reports and proposals/bids;
  • » Marketing and advertising services for company’s products and services, but also such services for company’s customers;
  • » Management of customer portfolios of the organization and create/maintain database for the clients of the organization;
  • » Other tasks related to daily office activities.

Qualifications and needed skills:

  • » At least a degree in the field of business or economy;
  • » Work experience in implementing or managing of projects in the field of business administration, such are: marketing, business planning, finances, accounting, research, analyses, and others;
  • » Knowledge and skills in managing and coordinating activities during project implementation;
  • » Organizational and planning skills;
  • » Ability to compile papers, reports, proposals, bids and similar documents;
  • » Communication skills;
  • » Knowledge of English language is necessary;
  • » Advanced knowledge and skills in computer use (Microsoft Office package);
  • » Ready for teamwork and in special occasions over working hours.

4. POSITION: INTERNSHIP (2 POSITIONS)

Selected candidates can be hired through regular employment contracts if they are successful during the internship period.

The internship will be implemented for the following services:

  • » Managing customer portfolios of the organization;
  • » Creating and maintaining databases;
  • » Coordination of activities during project implementation;
  • » Communication with the clients and partners of the organization;
  • » Assisting experts/consultants in providing customer services;
  • » Drafting of administrative documents, reports and proposals/bids;
  • » Marketing services and online advertising for products and services on behalf of clients.

Minimum requirements:

  • » Undergraduate degree in business or economic, or is in senior year;
  • » Basic knowledge of work in the field of business services or business administration such as marketing, business plans, finance, accounting, research, analysis, or similar;
  • » Knowledge and skills in managing and coordinating activities throughout project implementation;
  • » Organizational and planning skills;
  • » Ability to compile papers, reports, proposals, bids and similar documents;
  • » Communication skills;
  • » Knowledge of English language, preferred;
  • » Advanced knowledge and skills in computer use (Microsoft Office package).
